    Hmmmm but wouldnt I get more out of breath if I did a 20 minute walk, rather than 2 10 minute walks. I assumed it was to try and increase my current low level of stamina :confused:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    you could wal the 10 mins faster than you would normally, anything to bring the heart rate up.....time on your feet spud, time on your feet, it all counts...

    Wish I'd noticed before Brownies - I'm on a water meter. Must sell another pencil tomorrow.
    Unfortunately my hot water has now been lost so I have to wait for it to heat up again. (Good excusr for missing home group though).
    Need to see if the empty fridge has grown anything for me to have for dinner too.:D
