    You can use beer - but I think garlic butter is probably better to cook them in.

    I thought I was buying aquatic snails for the fish tanks until it was too late. if its all too gross then I will re e bay them!! (does that sound bad, I don't mean it too)

    And I'm not sure - but I got a message from him about an hour ago saying today had been nice and telling me (again) he'd like to see me again. :)

    Going to chat to him online later and probably arrange something then (but I don't know when.....it's a fortnight till my next evening without the kids!)
