those calls are dodgy, I had some and then looked up the number they called from and it was someone trying to get you to confirm details. I also then got a letter from Halifax asking me to call them because of some unusual transactions (which were hardly unusual £5 here a £10 mobile top up) so you would have probably had a letter too. Hope they get the theiving gitsI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

No letter until today when two notification of charges turned up.
Hubby has just phoned the bank and sorted it all out anyway, debit card cancelled, money and charges refunded. (will be confirmed in writing)
Because it's an account we don't use regularly hubby could tell the woman the last 3 transactions and the balance to the penny.
