    I'm SO angry
    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Is it only me that's really cold today? I have a jumper and a cardi on and the fan heaters at full blast. Hands are like ice and I'm shivering. I thought it was Spring!

    Pania! Linda told me a finger thing (no not that Pepe) lift one finger at a time (like piano scales?) it helps relax you, and I had a stone, an egg shaped piece of Malachite to focus on too. oh plus valium(!)

    There have been several automated calls from Halifax during the week asking us to press a button to continue but we didn't because we thought they were dodgy!
    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Weellllll I think I was looking for Aquatic snails for the fish tank, Apple snails, I did a search and then sorted the search according to price, and I *think* I bid on the cheapest one, which turned out to be the African Land Snails, put it this way I was painkillered up to the eye balls and also bid on Faux fur mongolian cushions. who knows!!!

    if by paying these entries ( and by charging ) there has been a 'knock-on' effect, then they should repair that damage too..
    If you have trouble getting an immediate refund then report to the Police, get a Crime Number.
