Right you seem like a normal person, is it hard? matched betting I mean?

cos I keep looking and reading. And thats you and Gemma now - both normal, both doing it. and I nearly have fifty quid from cashback to "waste/risk" if you see what I mean.

I am watching All about eve, Excellent movie

No it isn't hard at all buffy when it is explained simply and in laymans terms. i read and read and read the guides and just could not get my little noggin around it. Then i sat down with hypno one day (first time we'd ever met actually!!!) and it was in 2 easy steps and i'd got it. I did quite well out of it last year but then stopped ofr some bizarre reason. cash flow dictates i have to start again!! :)

Thats cool - I guess it does depend on the hills too (Kenyan are flatter longer ones right??)...I just got my info from books and BMJ so as Sal says that guy's a qualified running coach and I'm not, there are as many ways to train and run as there are people too, but please mind your knees :D

LOL, don't worry about me Becky, first sign of pain and I am out of there...:rotfl: on my long run at the weekend runchum twisted her ankle and had to stop after about 5 mins of running - oh good, I thought, an early bath...:rotfl: nooo, she made me carry on......biatch....:rotfl:
