Don't get me wrong I will look after them. Or post them to Linda - perhap they'd have a ideal habitat in her son's bedroom ;):o .

In all seriousness i have looked up their requirements and am pretty sure I can figure some thing out. :o
    Nevertheless she persisted.

To be honest Becky it felt totally unatural at first until I relaxed into it....he told me to lengthen my stride and it felt so much better, I no longer seem to hunch up when I am going down hills (and there are a lot of hills near me).

I may email the instructor and ask him for his thoughts on it.

    http://www.votwo.co.uk/votwo2007/coaching/andy-blow.html this is the chap....

Sorry Sammy et al...had to go to a meeting - didnt mean to 'run' out on you :p

Thats cool - I guess it does depend on the hills too (Kenyan are flatter longer ones right??)...I just got my info from books and BMJ so as Sal says that guy's a qualified running coach and I'm not, there are as many ways to train and run as there are people too, but please mind your knees :D
