I struggled to get up onto his high cabin bed to clear off his shelf, vacuum the mattress & make the bed, so I've really hurt my frozen shoulder, that'll be sore for days now.

Linda, it does not get any better....my DS was over for the weekend and DD1 moans that he uses the spare duvet when he kips on the floor and that it smells when he has used it (it does!)......
