Is it really free?
According to the website you need to make a top-up of your account and this top-up is only valid for 120 days. I've ignored the free trial membership (cuts off after 1 minuite of use).
Can anyone advise as to the minimum top-up amount?

Their similar products have had €1, £1, €5 etc deposit - usually cheaper when it's a beta product. Why not log in and see - you can do it as easily as anyone0

€10 minimum top up, see http://www.internetcalls.com/en/faq.html
I think all the Finearea ones are now €10 or £10 plus VAT @ 16%.0 -
Hello all,
I have a problem logging in as a new user keep receiving an error message -
"Sorry due to an unknown error your registration request has been denied." (Registration Error 32")
Has anybody else had this problem and if so, do you know how to over-come it?
I have tried emailing customer services to no avail.
Man thanks.0 -
Its not that goos a deal . I phone Canada for 0.75 with one VOIP provider an dhave 3 quif of credit left. So until that gets used , I wont top up by 10 euro.
Also , with my luck , my regular voip provider will go free eventually0 -
What type of phone do you use for VOIP. I have only seen skype one advertised, are they locked? Can Skype be used on VOIP providerLic.0

Depends.. But your best bet is to buy an ATA (adapter between the internet and your standard phone).. That way you can use your normal phone, and dont need to leave your computer switched on.. Look for something like the PAP2, Sipura range, etc.0

I have been using v651vvmlr from http://www.voipvoice.com/cyberphone.htm for the past year. Plug into USB port and away.
Hint, phone your own number if you have an answerphone or 1571 to check what it sounds like.0 -
twhitehead: for that kind of money you get a PAP2 which has two lines, allows you to connect any standard corded/cordless phone and does not require a computer to work.. I'd go for that option.0
