Not on topic, but I chatted with my Dad earlier, about my black dog days, and he sent me these - thought I'd share them with all you lovely people!

Thank you for the puppy comments - he is 12 weeks old and is called Bennie, the farmer had been calling him Ben so we wanted to be consistant.

Waste of time changing duvet, bed, floors etc, DS2 just vomited everywhere. Good job I had cleaned the floor though or I would have a lot more work to do! I assume it is the vomiting virus that has been going round school.

Hugs to Hex and DS2, hope he's better soon. Put a bucket next to the bed!

Soappie, that's really not good about DOW but good that OG is taking it more seriously now. Do they have any help from social services? Sounds like they need more support, especially if his mental health isn't that great. Tbh, even with the best carers in the world, people with alzheimers still wander off. I remember watching a programme about Fiona Philips whose dad has it, and he was found by the police walking around th town in th middle of the night without a coat on. I wish there was more help out there for people. It's such a sad cruel illness.

We had a pyjama day at school today - it was great and the children loved it. One of my class had some fab Lightning McQueen slippers :D Nearly every child came in in their PJs and / or dressing gown - brilliant! My class designed pyjamas (interesting!!!) and went on a red nose hunt!

aw hex - my first puppy was called Ben!!!! but he was a west highland terrier (like the one on the caesar advert!) I loved him and he lived till he was 17.

Thanks Mozzy - I have met the iron...which incidentally is still set up in the living room....... i just dont like it, have you ever tried spending a considerable length of time with some one you dont like? :rotfl:

I have emptied another box!!!! :T woo hoo check me!!! Tea, WM, TD S&S kitchen.....please tell me thats on the list somewhere! Ive also sold LO Peter Pan toys and picked up my new washing machine with the proceeds, meaning my new washing machine cost me a whole £20! Thats my bargain of the week. Im liking this whole 'selling stuff' thing! Hopefully ill have no clutter soon! :D

I have also ebayed my bedroom furniture....... I had a busy day at work :D

Glad there are some flypeeps with some good news!!

Love n hugs to all xxx
