No cashback from Clubmobile....Please help.

Had my mobile from Clubmobile (Celltalk PLC). Sent my 3rd months bill in and got my cashback ! Great I thought, seem to be OK.
Sent in my 6th and 9th as per their instructions which were the August bill and November bill and have heard nothing since. My February bill is due to go in next, but I'm wondering whether it's worth it.
They have to be faxed in within 28 days of receiving the bills, which is what i've done.
I've e-mailed them with no answer.........They also have a live chat line which I've been on three times with promises that they'd look into it and get back to me and they haven't.
Does anyone know who I can write directly to with the proof of faxing (I have all the copies of the faxes sent, showing they were sent within the 28 days from receiving the bills).I noticed on another thread that a chairmans name was given from I think CWH to send e-mails to directly or send recorded delivery to.
I'm down approx £210 including my upcoming Feb bill.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks :confused::confused::confused:

    Write to them here:

    Celltalk plc
    Galloway House

Tell them that if you do not hear from them within 7 days that you will be issuing proceedings in the County Court in order to recover what you believe is owed to you. Tell them that if you have to do this that you will be adding any costs that you incur in pursuit of you claim.

You can issue proceedings online nnowadays. Here is a link which may be of help:

I had problems with ClubMobile.. Sent my statement on time but no cash back. when I chased it up they asked if I had sent it registered mail. When I said I'd sent it standard 1st class they automatically claimed it must have got lost in the post. When I pointed out that I'd also faxed a copy from work and had the fax receipt they gave me a number to ring. This number was always gave a recorded message to ring another number which led to another message. Have reported them to ofcom. Said goodbye to my cashback.

Also let Trading Standards be aware of this.
  • Presently have two contracts via clubmobile.

Was advised in another forum to always send bill copies recorded del to address quoted above. Then RING THEM two days after the royal mail tracker has stated delivery was signed for and ask them to confirm receipt just dropping into the conversation you have the royal mail tracker confirmation!!

Got to say however they have stuck precisely to the terms of the offer and only paid at the latest possible time 21 working days following receipt of bills.

Its worked for first two payments, some £650 so far, so will use the same system next month for last of dosh. Heres hoping!
Fiscally responsible or just a tight git? :
