e2save/cpw cashback claim rejected

Hi there, I'm on the 3 Nokia 6630 3 T&T 600 1.99 a mnoth deal.

Deal was £120 after 1 month then £55 at 4, 8 and 12 months.

The first £120 didn't arrive, so had to email e2save, cheque then arrived 2 weeks later.
Sent of my 4th bill as required, but had a letter from CPW saying that a cheque had already been issued for this number and my claim has been rejected.

Called e2save ... but went through the menu system ont he phone and it says 'to talk to one our trained cash back experts press 2' - pressed 2 line cuts off every time. Have emailed them instead.

Anybody else had this problem? Or any ideas what could have happened?

Thanks Rob

I had problems with e2save as well. I have two contracts one for me and one for my OH we both have the same name and initials. Two cashback requests went in a few days apart and one cheque was received about 7 weeks later. If I talk to them they say the refund is mine, if OH talks to them they say it is his, they now refuse to discuss the matter any further.

You don't very often hear of problems with this company, so I always assumed I was just unlucky.
