Maybe so, maybe not. But does it really matter if your not planning in selling it for a few years?

No but high LTV in current climate is scary, so I'd be very sure I could ride it out for a few years.

Maybe sincerity is the key. I expected heat in this thread and yet it didn't alight.

    yet:D

Maybe they are all busy on another one? Who's going to look first? ;)

I keep trying to put my little jokey comments in here and there on the whole site to lighten the mood ......it's not working.

I can't even think straight at the moment, brain is too full of legal and IT stuff...and mushy with infatuation.

I've gone from being a sensible, independent female to a silly giggling schoolgirl like character spouting legal terms, percentages on exams interspersed with going into a dreamlike state.

I've even been looking at property seriously rather than as something which interests me as he is looking to relocate to either this or the neighbouring county (he was wanting to do that before he met me)...all common sense has gone out the window.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Thank you. Its not such a risk is it? its fairly anonymous here. One might get a cyber bashing..but I hope I'm made of stearner stuff than that!
It's not a risk, provided one is careful and I've no doubt you are! I very rarely talk to friends or family about topics I feel are personal which is why I feel it was brave.
ETA: Congratulations HP and economy peeps...we got a subject discussed without starting a war or with the marionettes being involved, hurrah, hurrah, hurrah

Now that you mention it, that's quite a result!

On a totally separate note; It's a bit quiet in here tonight! You can almost hear the echoes.

lir, accused often, to her confusion, of being a die hard bear, has admited considering buying a hugely expensive house at a ridiculous mulitple in the spring bounce.

My guess is, they all think the crisis is over and the bears are turning and are running to fulfil their pent up demand ;)

In all seriousness, tis quiet tonight.

It's a booger isn't it? Why is it we always seem to want what's just beyond our reach? That's why I said: 'I've never come across that place which gave me the 'right' feeling inside and was also within my 'sensible' budget.'

As odd as it sounds I am living in what I would class as a "dream house" and better than anything I could of ever expected.
But it is just a house, a place to come home too raise the kids and sleep. It is nice having all the space but in the end of the day it could be just a shoe box.

I see a house as a house, not a treasured sentimental possession or a thing to get emotionally attached to.

Sorry I got it wrong, lostinrates, maybe I was saying it how I would behave:)

Nothing to apologise for. :) Its a reasonable assumption. I think the danger is we never know who might really be unduly influenced by nameless faceless opinions on a forum and so its reasonable to err on the side of caution and sceptisism. All opinions were invited and welcomed. :)

I think I possibly come over on the net as a less...stubborn? (possibly less headstrong?) person than I am. Stubborn but thoughtful. I like to have a good round viewof my dilemma before refusing to budge on an opinion :o:rotfl:
