Alternative to Nokia E63

For the last six weeks I have been hoping to take out a contract with Virgin for 200 mins a month for £18 for a Nokia E63 plus the 30p per day internet access. However, despite it being in all Virgin's publicity and my repeated enquiries of them, they cannot give me a day for its release.
Can anyone suggest an alternative for a 18 month contract? I like the qwerty keyboard and the reputed speedy and reliable internet and e mail access. Web access is as important to me as the phone calls as I travel a lot by train and surfing keeps me entertained.
The Nokia E63 appealed because of its similarity to my work Blackberry which I am giving up in a fortnight's time so I need to sign up to an alternative by Thursday of this week.
