Dont you have to cancel directly with o2?
If so thats 202 from your handset.
Then pick "thinking of leaving" (number 3)
Then ask them to disconnect if you, if you dont want your number anymore
    or PAC, then use it.

If its directly with cpw, i cant find a number

    I'll try again.....

If it's cpw O2 don't waste your time calling to listen to a complete load of lies. Find the cpw disconnections thread and give 30 days' written notice to the Southampton address on there. If you call they will simply fob you off with lies about needing a disconnection code which they can't give you until the last minute. If you believe that pile of **** they will gain and you will lose.
  • Hi Bhaisab. My name is Guy Stephens and I am the Online Help Manager for Carphone Warehouse. Apologies for the difficulty you are having in trying to work out how to go cancelling your contract. It's not the easiest web site ti find your way around, but I am working on improving that at the moment. With regards to cancelling your contract, I'm not sure if you are an O2 customer or a CPW O2 customer. I'll need more details from you. In the first instance is it possible for you to tweet me (@guy1067) via twitter.com. Once we have made contact I can get you my contact details etc and we'll try to resolve your request as soon as possible. Guy.
