Dialup on Telewest

Can someone help me choosing dialup/broadband internet connection on Telewest phone line?

I have searched most of the internet service providers and most of them provide broadband on BT line only.

Cable broadband service is not available in my area - Barming, Maidstone in Kent.

I am currently using dial-up of AOL, but it is costlier than the broadband also. (15.99 per month).

Are there any cheap internet service providers on Telewest phone line? (I have tried telewest also, but they do not provide service in these area and the phone is an internal phone of hospital).
