Don't worry too much about cosmetic stuff Poppysarah, it's really not as important as having enough bedrooms or a big kitchen etc. You can't easily change room sizes but you can decorate whenever you're ready to. You'll probably want to redecorate when you're in anyway, put your own personality into it.

But when it's rewiring it's every room in the house. Bit of a PITA - don't like old style fuse boxes at all. Might hang on a bit longer and see what else come on the market - there's a shed and decking and a fence where there should be a garage so the shared drive is basically a waste of space - I'd want to move the shed which would mean moving the decking and fence - so you could park a car at the rear of the property - which would also be a lot of messing about. (Unless of course they take the shed with them!)
