My best buy this weekend was a House Warmer Yankee Candle with the yankee candle lamp shade/dish for £2.00!! (The shade/dish are normally about £17!) I also got a gorgeous 70's coffee pot for 50p which sem to sell on ebay for about £15 (but i'm not selling it!) so i'm really pleased with my bargains!

Ohh I'm so into yankee candles am off to the states this summer so plan on visitng one of their stores!! What scent did you buy???

It's lotus blossom, i love it! I smelt it before i saw it as they had been burning it!

omg, i never actually knew yankee candles are that expensive! i got one for free the other day (from my nan, i always raid her car boot sale stuff before she packs them to take on sunday) and it came with a lovely lamp shade (floral, kind of cath kidston inspired) and the fragrance is lotus blossom i am extremely pleased with my freebie now! :j

but instead of putting the lamp shade on the candle though, i have put it on a lovely vintage inspired tall candle holder, with white jewels dropping down, so now it looks like a gorgeous lamp shade, and i have popped a tealight inside

hopefully you get what i mean, i am so totally useless at describing things :rotfl:
