Grahams, Plumbbase, PTS etc are big companies. Better using a independent plumbers merchant, they will all deliver.0

Looks like I can get the Roca bath for £113 inc VAT from Plumbbase. Will need to actually visit grahams as no prices available online.
Cheers!!Kavanne

PTS- plumbing trade suppliers will give you a good price with over the counter service

As a trade customer i would only ever use PTS
Best service by far, fair prices and good stocks
I dont understand why people by from internet sites when there are perfectly good retailers on the local streets
Any time i have used internet suppliers items have arrived damaged and trying to get refund or replacement is hard over the phoneHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -

The main reason we use internet sites is because we have no good retailers locally, certainly not plumbing/bathroom specialists. The nearest ones are 60 miles away, PTS, which we used to buy a boiler. Good price but we had to hire a van at a cost of £45 + petrol as we couldn't get it in the car and they didn't deliver. We live in a fairly rural area and aren't the only people who don't have ready access to good local retailers.
We have a local independent "home and garden centre" which we have given the opportunity to supply everything for our house renovation but he generally hasn't be able to compete on price (except for the kitchen). The chap who installed our new boiler had to use this place for fittings when he ran out and said his prices were horrendous compared to where he normally bought them.
We have used two bathroom suppliers who I've recommended on the House Renovation thread and they have been fantastic, from price matching/beating to exceptional free delivery service on the day they stated with no damage to goods whatsoever.0
