Dell customer service is a pain to deal with, but I've had five Dell PCs so far and have fortunately only had to deal with their CS (in India) once. I find their PCs generally offer great value-for-money.

I have a Dell laptop and when it broke, I sent it off no problem, but it got returned to me still broken and wouldn't turn on, so I had to send it back for a second time. It's fine now but I haven't even had it a year and it broke

Wow thanks for that it does look good. It has less memory and runs a bit slower and less hard drive but it still looks good for what I need. Will ask my friend. A hundred pound cheaper is quite a bit really isn't? taffy
