Not quite...
"Pacific blue color with custom high-gloss finish"
is an option at no extra cost.
It is quite a dark blue though and not too far off black.0 -
hello, I had a monitor pack up at nearly five years old, new one delivered next day and a later model. Also had a DVD player replaced, they came and did it at home. Depends what service option you take out like most things, nothing for nothing !!0

Hi I have tried to answer this thread 3 times now and my replies keep disappearing.
I was on another Martin Lewis thread and they were discussing laptops. The big thing on that techie site is that they were saying to avoid pcs with Vista basic home as it is full of glitches and does not work very well. Most pc manufacturers avoid them except to put in really cheap machines. Well these dell ones that you have posted both have Vista home. They say to look for Vista Premium as it is far advanced and glitches ironed out for the most part.
I too have been looking for a new laptop and was told by a friend far more knowledgable than I to pay a bit extra and get a Sony VAIO.
I have found 2 models that come in about £450. They have 250 gb of hard drive and 3 gbs memory. Can anyone give me any ideas about the 2 that I am looking at and if there is any difference in the 2 models. One is at Amazon for the cheapest delivered price and the other one is Marks and Spencers. If there is no real difference in the 2 machines I will go with the Marks and Spencer one because they offer 2 years warranty with no extra charge for the other year.
So here they are. I hope this is ok to do here and any advice at all would be greatly appreciated either on the forum or in a private message. Thanks

Please note that the specs were explained better on the Dixon website but Amazon came up with the best price.
Anyone got any suggestions where to look for the best prices on either of these 2 and any discount vouchers etc would be greatly appreciated.
