I am currently on aol silver and i am paying £17.99 for 1mb broadband and i am now thinking of moving to UKOnline Unlimited 1Mb broadband £9.99 (by the way is this an introdactory price)?
Can someone who is on UKonline please tell me if they are any good. I read a few reveiws online and people have said their customer service is crap.
Can someone also tell me if UKOnline provides several usernames to access the internet like aol do. I do not want to share my username with my younger siblings.

Hi
Your welcome, sorry I could't be more help, but I've just found this thread and they discuss UKOnline there
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=152592
Hope this helps you a bit more to decide, its a minefield trying to find the best isp provider
Wish you luck0 -
I'm on the UKO £9.99 1MB tariff, upgraded from the 512Kb back last year at no extra cost.
They provide you with one username to login to your UKO account, and I think they provide dynamic IPs, they gave me a static IP as I was having so many problems back from May 2005 - August 2005.
As mentioned in the thread wonderfullife posted, they are a bit oversubscribed.. at least in my exchange anyway.
12 month contract, but good value for money.. still having problems with connections and browsing once in a while. "You gets' what yous' pay for" is all I can say. Luckily I didn't join e7even.你是废纸!!!1110 -
Iv just joined last week - delighted with the service -no hitches - unlimited downloads - as opposed to the £2 per gig I was paying to Madasafish.0
