When I make the jelly mousse with whipped evap, I only use half the water to make up the jelly, ie 1/2 pint.0

And use champagne (or Cava for MSE'rs) for a grown up fizzy jellyOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things

no, well i never do anyways, i just pour it in, be prepared though it tends to froth up, so let it settle to make sure you have the right amount in (or measure it in a seperate jug i suppose is an idea, why has that only just occured to me!!!!!)
in the past i've made orange jelly up with some orange fizzy pop we had that dd decided she no longer liked, make the orangy taste much stronger.£2 saver club 30th sept 198 £2 coins = £396(£350 banked)0 -

this is quite a common practice in the states, works a treat eh?

papaya will likely do the same thing as it has papain (similar to bromelain in pineapple) i'd forgotten that kiwi has it as well (not as strong as pineapple or papaya though)

If you want jelly to set quicker, you can melt the jelly (in the bowl you are going to use) in the microwave with just a little water, and add the rest cold.0
