Not receiving weekly tips email

When you tried signing up again, did you first use the "Stop It" button to remove your address before using the "Get It" button? If not, it might be ignoring your request to receive the mailing again because it thinks you're already on the list.

Edit: sorry just noticed that was already suggested.

Could try making a new Hotmail account as a test and sign it up to see if the mail turns up to there. Hence finding out if it's Hotmail generally that's the problem or if it's something specific about your account.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I think I'll just try to rely on remembering to read it off website instead. I don't think it's peculiar to my account, as others aren't receiving it either. I'm disappointed that MSE aren't bothered about the problem though.
