HOW did you pay for the items?
if you used paypal, then really, the seller should have posted them quicker
you not being able to be there to receive them isn't the sellers problem, you should have made arrangements to post elsewhere, or for someone to be in
also, post office state, leave it for 3 hours before picking up, most PO pickup places close at 5, can't you leave work early or something, basically make a bit of effort
if you sent a cheque or something to pay for an urgent item, then tough
did you specify delivery?, did you request, or did the seller state special delivery?,
if not, 1st class recorded won't cut it, its not guarenteed to be there in time (i've had parcels and letters take 3 weeks by 1st class recorded!)
so, little more info needed here before anyone can decide actually who's fault it is and whether you can rightly demand a refund (or not)money saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)
