Not sure if this is the right board so please feel free to move.
Sent a contract mobile to be repaired via Vodafone in a prepaid pre-addressed special day next delivery bag. Mobile phone has never been delivered. Trying to make a claim off Royal Mail and they want to know how much we paid for the phone, so how do we go about this. My OH took out the contract with Vodafone through Mobile Phones Direct, paid £100.00 for the handset and then 18 months/£50.00 a month  contract just so he could have the N8800 Arte .
They also want two quotations but only Carphone Warehouse would give us one.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks

did you state the amount when posting it?! (ie had it written on the back, with the PO stamp)?!
it sounds already like RM dont wanna pay out since they are asking for quotations...0 -

It was covered for up to £500 and the phone to buy sim free is just under £700, so yes they are trying to get out of it.0 -
Why not send them a copy of this web page?
