I take it you know that Moat has run out of funding????

We put an offer in on our house we are currently renting (landlord in financial difficulty), I rung Moat who said they had plenty of funding so I put the offer in, the next day they ring me to say theyve run out of funding!!!

This was about 3-4weeks ago I was told theyve run out!! Im still waiting for answer as to when they will get more???

They are terrible at ringing back (they never do!!) & I find them rude to talk to most of the time! They tell you all different stories & fob you off!

Im not impressed to say the least! We may now have to rent another place until they get funding as our landlord wants to sell fast!!
