I am assuming that you are talking about Gas(like the OP) and not electricity?

Firstly I said "I am assuming that you are talking about Gas" Gas being different to electricity.

Secondly "3,500 -4000 kWh(pa???) is less than 20% of the national average." National in this context means across the Nation and not my personal consumption.

Thirdly "Assuming gas is used for CH and H/W," Well that is much like the first point above, gas not electricity!

I suppose I should have made it clear that I was talking about gas though

Took the plunge and signed up for BG ClickEnergy for our electricity (3500kwh/year), hope I made the right decision!

How on earth do you register for this online service? I switched to Click Energy and tried to register online, but wen I clicked on the "Get Address" icon, it found the address but wouldn't enter it. All efforts to get a reply to emails have failed.
