Dodgy email from MSE??? ~ Another 2 since last post AND now email unsubscription?!

Hi folks,

We've been looking into this. Can the users who've had these issues please confirm that they have or had e-mail addresses visible in their profiles?

My email address was visible in my profile. It was not a well used email address and is not the one I registered with. I have removed it from my profile now.

Hi Webby, thanks for looking into it.

I did have my email address in my profile when I was receiving the emails.

I removed mine about 3 days ago and haven't had any such emails since.

i have not had my email in my profile for several years

No email in my profile but I had this a few months ago, subscribe and unsubscribe emails, a dozen or so, within quick succession, thought I had posted about it at the time but can't find it now.
