I consolidated OH's debt figure into mine, so although we've reduced about another 3k since Jan, it's about the same as it was in % terms if that makes sense because now I include his too, which is about 3k funnily enough!! still around 75%... should be debt free by September
or sooner if we cancel our summer hols (family wedding at the last minute  that I really want to go to!)
xx
All positive stuff then ... almost two debt free peeps:j :j will be September before you know it:D0 -

Thanks very much......I had my leaving lunch at a local pub yesterday afternoon, and announced that I was not going to take the job. They thought that I was mad until I explained that I was too stressed last time I had the job, and I was not going to put myself through that. When I mentioned the meetings I had next week and that I looked on the web day and night for a job, they commented on how much I had done while I still had a job.
One of them mentioned that there was a role with the local housing association, so I will look into that....it is a 1 year contract, but I need a solid year on my CV.
Take care

Is it too late to join the party?
I've been rubbish lately. Those who read my diary will know why. To all others -> well it doesn't really matter for here.
This weekend I will
- go to my class (My Big future investment)
- I will spend some time with OH, this involves spending money but also comes under the heading of future investment at the moment
- Last night went to a free art show thingy that my friends class put on and then went straight home rather than via the pub
- Tonight I decided to stay home rather that join my friends out. My brain will thank me for the sleep
- I WILL do some washing (I'm drowning in it at the moment)
- I will read instead of doing electrical based activities as much as possible
- I will re-start 'The Big Clearout' (Will this EVER be complete?? how much stuff can one person that hates shopping own?!)
- I will fill out the job application for the internal vacancy at work, ok, so I may not want to stay in that line of work forever but a new challenge would be good.
- I will stick to only having the one storage heater on - my new windows are FABULOUS!!
I think that's all for now, I'm going to put in a load of washing.
