Nope not even slightly merry :( Its early too. Hey Sall, i may teaching you to suck eggs but stretching the hamstring is so important for the knees, do you do that enough you think? Any physio will tell you not to run on tarmac, its bad for the knees. Have you thought about having your feet checked out? I mean how you put your feet down???

Yep do stretches before and after, and yes I know road running is a killer for the old knees..especially when you are on the heavier side of healthy! Have had a gait analysis done when I got my trainers so know they are ok. Just think I shall have to bite the bullet and go to Dr's to get them checked out. Im just cacking it that they say, stop running and don't do LM :(

    Thanks Lenster, you ok tonight??

I tell you what is really scary, they are available over the counter, they have codeine in them and the ones the Daily Mail are worried about everyone being addicted too. I don't know how anyone gets addicted to them, the swimmy drunk head they give me is fun for a while but honestly it would drive me nuts after a while. I take them for Migraines (brilliant) cos they do put me to sleep. it is a nice feeling but you can't do anything, you have no idea how long it is taking me to type this.

Buffy I have that reaction with co-codamol. I kind of have an allergic reaction, like talking becomes all distant, Im sooo tired and feel drunk. I remember the first time I took them was when I had gallstones and was in agony and I took some and then went to hairdresser.. fell asleep in the chair and they thought I was a drunk, it was only when I went back I had to tell them I had had a reaction to medication. They probably then thought I was a druggy :rotfl:
