T-Mobile - Unlimited Talk & Text Boosters - £2.50 (Business Plan) False Advertising?

I received a flyer today via post from T-Mobile.

It offers an unlimited talk or text booster for £2.50 (ex VAT) per month per user.

I called up to ask them if I could do this, and they said it was not available to me, instead it would cost me £10 per month per user.

There are terms and conditions included on the flyer, as far as I can see, there's no reason why I can't add this booster to my plan.

Is this false advertising? Where should I go from here? Who should I complain to?

Thanks.

Assuming you have a Business 1 plan? How many users are linked to it? Your business manager would be quite a good port of call.

Are you on the Business-1 plan? It clearly states at the bottom in the T&Cs that it is for customers on this plan only. If you are on this plan, speak to the Business Support Team who will be able to correctly provision your account for this bundle. If you are not on this plan then you are only able to have the consumer unlimited text booster.

Yes, I am on the business 1-plan, we have 3 users.

Apparently you only have a business manager with t-mobile for the first 30 days, then after that, you are put into the business support team pool, unless you have over 19 lines.

I've called them 3 times now, and they are persistent that I am not legible for this offer.

They say that it's because I'm on a 24 month contract, not 12, and because I am not a new customer.

The leaflet in question clearly does not have these conditions.

I've been asked to fax a copy to 01915 631 740 by their business support team.

I've also reported it to trading standards.

    Hey,

I don't work in the Business Team, only deal with consumer contracts, so I don't have any more info on this deal. However, going by the Terms & Conditions included on the advert it does look dodgy if they're not giving you it. Although, if you do fax it in to them they will probably honour it.
