I am with Be*, had no problems with them. I paid the connection fee and had nothing free - oh except a month free when I referred a friend, I would gladly take 6 months free service if it just meant a bit of a mess about with the invoice.

Who else offers 6 months free service? It would cost you to cancel it and go elsewhere, like someone else said it is costing Be* to keep you.

Fair comment, your choice. And how I wish it was just 'a bit of a mess about with the invoice'. For me it's the way it has been (mis)handled, the lack of comms and the time and effort it's all taking to sort out what should have been a minor technicality that is the real issue. Personally I would rather pay a bit extra if it meant decent customer service, but everyone has different priorities
