Hello susi

I'll move your thread to the 'Praise, Vent & Warnings' board.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

Regards

We posted a parcel which never arrived, sent a complaint form in just before Christmas and received 6 first class stamps, we had since found the proof of postage, sent that off to them in January and not heard anything since. We have lost a psp game which had sold for £8.50.
Complete waste of spaces.......

Never send anything by Royal Mail unless you don't care if it arrives or not.
I send stuff by tortoise now, it never gets there either, but I don't expect it too and he looks really cute with his little sack.

Our service is crap at at the moment too. They never keep the same person on the round for more than a few weeks. We've got a trainee now and she's useless - after she's been we all have to go round to neighbours' houses putting her mistakes right.

Apparently a while ago a lot of posties left and became PCSOs cos they like walking about on their own but want more hours.

well RM are pushing part time hours
theres a few rural offices just now where all the full time duties are being reduced to 35 hours
RM only employ part timers now. contracts can be for as low as 1 hour/week

they kept coming back with the letters still on and I had to go and deliver them myself--it was just as bad as the postman!!!!
tortoise is MUCH better, and they don't move too fast so I can keep up.

A parcel was sent to me a week ago and it's not shown up. Several parcels sent the same time or afterwards have shown up and the first one is really important - and of course most expensive! Not a happy bunny
If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!
