I am silly, been ummming and ahhing about getting something to eat all evening, get's to 11 and I am starving, so I am cooking some oven chips as anything else is liable to make me have strange dreams. Hope I don't feel sick after, been a bit weird and felt sick everytime I eat lately.

Ruby, get up in the morning and eat bran flakes for brekkie...they're scrummy and great for your digestive system :)

Will see if my housemate's got some. I never eat cereal normally.

Give it a week or so on them and you'll REALLY feel the difference...I didn't believe it 'til I tried them for a week solid (always liked them, but tended to hop about between different stuff), then you can ease back to 4-5 mornings...brilliant !!
