    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Sorry - was just getting red wine.....

    Son turns up (an hour late) daughter pulling her face cos Son coming...other daughter grumpy cos I didn't get home in time to give her £20 so she can party, other half just grumpy !!!!!! full stop.

    I've just been for a 'power walk'. Donned me MBT's and walked 5.5k in 52 mins...faster than I ran it the other day! LOL!

    So we all go for a curry where we are all grumpy together..then come out of curry house...Son !!!!!!s off with girlfriend looking for booze shop. DD2 follows. So I have lost two children then I find children to find 15 year old has wandered off and will come home in a couple of hours....so I drive off spot her at the side of the road do a starsky and hutch over bonnett, scream like a fish wife, she does a vicki pollard on me and OH sits in front of car with my handbag on his knee telling me there is no need to get wound up....
