    When you go to bed tonight, imagine it all going well and finishing up with a beautiful result, don't concentrate on the worries and the what ifs.

    They may well have 2 nurses there but one will be the scrub nurse and one the clean nurse.
    Do the thing with your fingers (raising each one in turn) or take something smooth to roll over in your hand like a pebble.
