    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    :eek: if you only ever buy the 3 for £10 deals then you should always have some! Adsa does the best deals....£6 a bottle 3 for £10!

    no i meant where they specialist exam the way you run barefoot

    Ahh sorry I am dumb :o:o

    No its free :D, basically they try to flog you trainers afterwards - but being runners are usually really laid back and dont mind if you dont buy any :D

    Most running shops do it - although there's one in London where you put your foot in the machine and it scans it for you - super cool for a gadget nerd like me :D
