It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Good point! My Games teacher at School always said he needed ear-plugs when we were paying Squash. Thud-thud-thud,crash...whack! and repeat!

Should I run on tip-toes then?:D I'm OK for the first day, but then it goes wrong....

I dont know Pepe...like I say I'm not medical :o, but its definitely worth going to the docs explaining the problem and getting them to check before you launch into a full running program :D

The other hting you can do is go to a running shop and get them to analyse your foot pattern on the machine (they video you running bare foot and then slow it down)...then they can tell if you do have a unique running style and what trainers you need etc :D
