    Here's ours:

    Sunday – HM Berkshire bacon sandwiches, fruit
    slow roast belly of Berkshire pork, apple sauce, roasted roots, gravy; rice pudding and HM jam

    Monday – tuna pasta bake, salad

    Tuesday – Moroccan stuffed breast of lamb, veg

    Wednesday – fishcakes, baked potatoes, salad

    Thursday – vegetable quesadillas

    Friday – chicken Maryland (Jamie), rice, salad

    Saturday – HM orange soup, HM bread, cheese, fruit
    HM pizza, salad

    I have iced buns and a fruit cake in the tin. I'll bake again on Wednesday, and make cakes, bread and bread rolls.

    DD and I are having porridge and HM apple sauce for breakfast; DS is having our HG eggs with bacon, sausage, beans and toast. Think he must be growing :D DS and DD have a fruit and FF yoghurt smoothie too. DH, DS and DD have canteen lunches; I'm having soup and bread.

    Another week has flownnnnnnnnnnnnn past and I cant believe we are nearly a third through the year already:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

    Could I suggest that you stop thinking about it then - try starting the thread with something like "It's spring, lovely to see the daffodils and lambs :D "

    Hi
    I'm just looking for some ideas but my 19yr old DS doesn't eat any veg, rice , pasta He will eat apples and bananas and I have made Tinks hobnobs, which he loves. He doesn't know they have oats in!! I wondered if anyone could tell me how to make hm Tomato soup Please. I do make chicken and Veg.
    Also my DH has now decided he doesn't like mince anymore! my meals don't seem half as nice as yours sound and I do need to feed 6 of us and 2 dogs on a ashoestring at the minute
    Thanks for any suggestions and sorry if i've posted in the wrong place
    Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

    Well here goes with my meal plan:

    Breakfast is either cereal,toast or porridge. DD and DS take packed lunches to school. Lunch for me is either soup,tinned mackerel on toast,or some sort of sandwich.

    Sunday-Roast Pork,roasters,sprouts,mashed swede,stuffing,gravy.
    Monday Mushroom omelette,jacket spud and salad.
    Tuesday-Chicken curry,rice and naan bread.
    Wed- Chilli,tacos shells,refried beans and salad.
    Thursday-Baked basa fillets,hm mushy peas and curly fries.
    Friday- Pizza and hm potato wedges.
    Sat-Takeaway

    Went shopping to Morrisons today and managed to stick to my list,cannot believe how much food has gone up in price again!! :mad:

    Here's my meal plan for the week - managed to get quite a few things in the reduced section today, so OH can have some meat for a change (I only eat certain types of fish and no meat, and he won't eat fish lol).

    Sunday 8th March - HM Eggs Florentine with salad
    Monday 9th March - OH = steak and ale pie, Me = Mariners Pie both with veg
    Tuesday 10th March - Dinner at MIL's
    Wednesday 11th March - HM Vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise
    Thursday 12th March - Wholemeal muffin pizzas with salad
    Friday 13th March - Parents coming for dinner = Beanfeast chilli wraps, salad & HM wedges
    Saturday 14th March - OH = Chicken, stuffing ready meal with veg, Me = Veggie kiev, mash & veg.
    Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    Monday - OH is cooking a seafood risotto
    Tuesday - Quorn peppered steaks, mash & mixed veg
    Wednesday - Omlette
    Thursday - pasta (tagliatelle with turkey probably)
    Friday - Toad in the hole (or out)
    Saturday - Quorn Lasagne & garlic Bread
    Sunday - Roast chook probably

    Well I've adjusted this bit of the month's meal plan to take in any leftovers, etc and this is the plan for this week.

    Breakfasts
    OH wholemeal toast, me porridge or muesli.

    Lunches
    OH is provided with a sandwich (or a cooked meal if he wants but he never does) in school, me leftovers, HM soup, baked spud or sandwich.

    Dinners
    Sat Fish, parsley sauce, pots peas and leftover carrots.

    Sun [strike]Burgers in wholemeal baps with salad and spicy wedges[/strike] Southern fried chicken, chips and salad because DD2 came to visit with partner and DGDs.

    Mon HM veggie soup with crusty bread.

    Tues Corned beef hash (my version is cubed corned beef in an onion gravy numnum) mash and veg, carrots + ?

    Wed Fish in breadcrumbs, new pots and cauli/broccoli in cheese sauce.

    Thurs OH pizza, me spanish omelette with leftover new pots, frozen peppers, salad onions and baby toms.

    Fri Stir fried chicken and veg with rice.

    Ours for this week:

    Mon - Fri Breakfast - Cereal or porridge or toast and HM jam/marmalade
    Mon - Fri Lunches - packed for all of us (5) HM bread sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt, Twinks

    Mon - Chilli Con Carne
    Tues - Pork Chop, potatoes and veg
    Weds - Beef stew & dumplings
    Thurs - HM Burgers and HM Chips
    Fri - Sweet N Sour Chicken, Noodles & Spring rolls
    Sat -
    Breakfast = Scrambled Eggs on Toast
    Lunch = HM Leek & Potato soup and HM bread
    Dinner = HM fishcakes (cod), potato wedges and salad
    Sun -
    Breakfast = Porridge
    Lunch = Macaroni Cheese
    Dinner = Roast Chicken and all trimmings

    Snacks - Twinks/HM Madeira Cake

    Sunday - HM Chicken, Ham & Sweet Leek Pie with puff pastry
    Monday - HM Chicken & Mushroom Curry with rice
    Tuesday - HM Lentil Curry with naan
    Wednesday - HM Chilli with rice
    Thursday - Veggie sausage casserole with baked potato
    Friday - Kedgeree
    Saturday - probably treat myself to an Indian carryout
    Sunday - BF back from snowboarding holiday - yipee!:j
