This from the MJ forum - thanks to cliffy3000 over there for the info:

May have some good news on ticket limit front!! I've just managed to track down a number for a nice lady at AEG headquarters at canary wharf who was very helpful indeed. I can't give her number out as she begged me not to but if things don't go my way I might change my mind on that! She initially told me that the limit was 4 per person, per card, per billing address and PER SHOW, meaning anyone who has booked more than four tickets as long as no more than four are for the one night WILL be allowed to keep their tickets. So technically, although I'm not suggesting this, you could legitimately book 4 tickets for all 50 nights of the concert. Clearly Ticketmaster are enforcing their own rules here!! I directly the lady to the Frequently Asked Questions page on the Ticketmaster website, where if you search for Michael Jackson one of the results states that you are allowed no more than 4 tickets for the entire run of concerts (its the one that has UPDATED in green next to it) Here is the link : http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/h/help.html?tm_link=tm_ql_4 On seeing this she was very suprised and has promised she would immediately call the ticketing manager and have it changed. I am awaiting a call this aftenoon to confirm. So keep an eye out on the Ticketmaster website for any changes to the ticket terms & conditions! Good luck to all!!

No idea how accurate this is, but a positive sign I hope!

  • I clicked on standard delivery for my tickets, does anyone know if I can change to recorded. I know I should've done it then but I was in such a rush to get them I didn't read it :o

  • It wasn't until I did my printout I realised what I'd done.

You dont need recorded, all tickets will be dated and have seat numbers on them, if your tickets go astray they will simply replace them (dont know who covers postage that time).

They only need to send recorded or special delivery if it is a general admission or standing event.

In fact I think you would probably need to pick the tickets up from the o2 box office the 2nd time and produce ID.

There were 5000 yesterday, but out of 1,000,000 sold ? 0.5% ? I had a bet it would be near 50,000

i phoned them up about it and they said special delivery was not an option only standard.

does anyone know if ticketmaster always send their tickets out 10 days before or could it come much earlier. tia
