I am unable to phone until this evening as am at work.

If anyone can call could they find out how soon they will do the cancellations and also if I can just have one set of the tickets ordered cancelled rather than all 8. At least that way me and my housemate can go together with a friend each rather than both of us getting our tickets cancelled.

As far as im aware they wont cancel all 8 tickets, they will cancel the 4 tickets that were booked last.

To be honest I wouldnt bother trying to ring ticketmaster at the moment anyway because it will be so busy.

He's melted on stage in July in the peak of our scorching summer! They'll be thousands of cancellations then!! :rotfl:

It would be nice to have a summer this year. I understand they plan o cancel ticets next week from telephone call to Ticket Master as they just want to let this week end, as hasnt been good publicity for them.

does anyone know if they cancel some ticket allocations, when are those released for sale... i.e. are they cancelled immediately or at a later time ?
what i mean is when it looks as though all tickets are gone is there still some hope of getting tickets for those that want to go ?

i had a code, but didnt have the cash available in time for the presale due to expensive unexpected car repairs & have had to borrow cash to fund buying tickets, i just have to go + pay it into the bank now, but im thinking i will be too late + they will all be sold by the time i get back and have sat in a queue for however long it takes.

so, just in case im unlucky, if anyone has surplus tickets pm me & i`ll buy them from you.

Last year when all the Take That tickets had sold out I managed to get some on the day they were released at 6pm from Ticketmaster. They were really good seats too, so I presume that they were cancelling tickets then and putting them back into the system!

I have known TM to cancel all the tickets that you book.
I guess they look at it as a "you agreed to the t's & c's, regardless of whether you actually read them".......

Not the case unfortunatly. Ive done this before when I went on and got offered better tickets I went over the limit of tickets and they cancelled the better tickets.

Term number 15 in the Ticketmaster Terms & Conditions:

"Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number."

In other words, if you've booked 8 tickets you will only receive 4!!
