OK, does anyone know any more info about the American Express seating? I have a nectar Amex card and it's really not clear on what you can use.

What time does pre sale finish today?
I say what I like, I like what I say!
  • Please be careful anyone buying off ebay as the dates are so far in the future paypal only protect you if a dispute is made within 45days of your payment being sent. Obviously tickets are not sent to people from Ticketmaster until 10 days before the event starts so you will NOT be protected for the payments whatsoever & will be out of pocket & no tickets if the seller decides to rip you off.
Presale is still advertised as ending 6am tomorrow morning before the general sale at 7am tomorrow so fingers crossed people ;)

    Good point.

Hopefully I will get some tickets tomorrow but otherwise I was wondering if we could have a MSE thread where tickets could be made available for FACE VALUE only (+ booking fees etc). (I think this might be against MSE rules tho)

I know none of us want to pay the large ebay fees. Really don't want to have to resort to using a tout nearer the time

  • As LittleGemSaver already said be careful buying off E Bay could be really risky if shows are cancelled you may only be able to claim back face value that is if you could get any money back from seller at all.

Also Im looking at placing a bet that He wont show up and do all his concerts, I would be upset as I have tixs for Jan 2010 but I need to cover hotel costs and transport if he doesnt show.

    pineapple.

Try and book with hotels like Travelodge that allow you to cancel up until 12pm on the day of arrival with no cancellation costs, that way, if he doesnt show, then you can most likely get your money back.

Transport is slightly different unless your driving there...then obv, you just dont drive if he aint performing:L

That's a good idea too depending on the odds, I hate betting but it would be a bit like paying for an insurance policy. Unless of course there is some sort of insurance that can be taken out that would cover hotel and travel expenses in light of a cancellation. Hmmmm pondering now.........
