Have been visiting this site for the last couple of months and it is very useful, and the people here have formed an excellent support community, which has now made me join and this is my first post.

Sadly it is a slightly negative post, but thought is would be good to share my thoughts.

As with a lot of people here I am extremely dissapoitned with the whole tickets sales of the whole MJ ticket fiasco. While I did manage to get some after spending over 5 hours of trying, they cost £75 and the seats were in the top level at the back while a colleague of mine paid the same price for floor seating.

Anyway, I have decided to make complains as follows

a. To AEG and Tickemaster

1. I tried at 7am yesterday and waited 30 mins to get to the '1 minute remaining' screen only to get a screen saying that there was an error. They should specifically state what the error is as it if is thier fault then we should still get our tickets or some form of compensation

2. Who got £60 and £55 price seats - no one I know did? They should have made clear where these seats were/

3. They had to know that there were more dates that we was going to perform before they advertised becuase they could not have added more just hours after the firs 10 dates.

b. Complaining to OFCOM

Following on from point 2 above - I am sure that they know about this when they advertisied so they should have informed the public rather than keep it secret until 10 days sold out. If they added afterwards it should have been at least a few days afterwards when it at least appears they have consulted.

c. To Competitions commision

Ticketmaster charge so much because they are an effective monopoly on this and AEG should have given more than one ticket agency the chance to sell. I have no problem with paying £75 and P and P but the complications, waiting and £9 booking charge is all because it was only Tickmaster.

d. Watchdog

To investigate this fiasco as a whole

Ahhh - great to get that off shoulders, and sorry to rant but needed to get that off my chest!!!

Still am looking forward to see him but not at all happy about the process.

I heard on the news, that its 45 dates, so Feb12th is his last and I get the feeling that all the pre-sale tickets have sold out.

Anyone think the datea after xmas will be better than the ones in 2009? just your views please?

I've checked all the pre-sale dates and nothing is coming back up now

I wouldnt believe anything on the radio...they're still saying about the dates running up to september:rolleyes:

I get the feeling this is not menat to be - imagine wat happens when general sale comes along and people widout codes come on board too - sounds like the damn fing will crash altogether I fink!

I'm hoping to get 6 for me and my colleagues.

Actually nevermind. It says 4 per household on the ticketmaster page. I'll need someone elses credit card.

Hi, looks like there might not be any tickets left anyway but if anyone has a code with spare tickets on it could they PM me with it pleeeease? I deserve to go, I'm a lovely person - I look after poorly children!!! :oD
