Got mine today. Very pleased, fully unlocked with all accessories except the memory card - but after a phone call to customer services they are sending one out. Whoopee!
Mine came with a German manual so where they came from before being "refurbished" is anyones guess.
Cheers to trytosave!Joe

I called yesterday and was promised a card would be sent out too but I got a call from OSPS today and they said that was an error and that I wouldn't be getting the card after all as it was a clearance phone and that no accessories were guaranteed which i what the item listing said.0 -

Just wondered regarding the memory card, are they be breaching the Trade Descriptions Act, by putting 'As Good As New' on the shrink wrap packing, because it's not as good as a new one if it hasn't got a memory card?0

As Punjaba Munda mentioned earlier in the thread, the description of clearance phones on OSPS said "These products are only packaged with a manual and charger, other accessories and memory cards are not guaranteed"
So I think the statement on the package "as good as new" accurately describes what you do get but wouldn't mislead as to what the items included are.
I suspect the phones are customer 7 day returns and the memory cards are not included in case private personal data may be retained and accessible on them. They probably just went in the bin :-(Joe

To be fair to OSPS they do state clearly in the descriptions of all clearance items that only the phone, charger and maual are guaranteed so we can't really grumble. I am, still very happy with the deal I got.0 -
