Virgin Media XL packages-paying too much!!

Hi
One year ago, I signed up for an 18 month contract with Virgin Media getting the following:
Phone XL all landline calls 24/7
Broadband XL 20Mb
TV XL
Virgin + Box
The monthly cost for all this is £56 per month, but I just noticed that they are now charging £40 per month for this package, meaning that I am already paying £16 per month than what’s on offer to new customers!! Does anyone have experience of negotiating with Virgin when you are still in a contractual period, is there any change that they will agree to put me on the market-offered rate?

Hi this offer is when you take a phone line at 11.00 so the price is £51.00 for the first 6mths then £58.00 for the next 6mths also if your in contract they dont need to change the offer your on
