My OH is running the London Marathon this year on behalf of Hemihelp. A charity that helps improve the lives of adults and children with a hemiplegia.
My son has a right sided hemi, ASD and very recently is recovering from a serious prolonged seizure. Hemiplegia is a neurological condition which causes a varying degree of weakness and lack of control in one side of the body. It affects one child in 1000. HemiHelp provides information & support for children & young people with hemiplegia, their families & the professionals who support them heres the link to the just giving page. Any help either financial or spreading the word will be most appreciated.
