    We have seen another new build, small development a 3 4bed houses. It's priced at 330k (next door sold for 370k last april). They say they have priced it for a quick sale. What would be a reasonable offer given that we want to part exchange on our 250k house?

    You need a 30% difference between the price of yours and the price of theirs, frowner. As I see it, the maths isn't working so you couldn't part ex with them both at full price, let alone reduce your offer on these houses.
