We have seen another new build, small development a 3 4bed houses. It's priced at 330k (next door sold for 370k last april). They say they have priced it for a quick sale. What would be a reasonable offer given that we want to part exchange on our 250k house?
Thanks everyone in advance[/QUOTE]
Any suggestions? Many thanks0 -

You need a 30% difference between the price of yours and the price of theirs, frowner. As I see it, the maths isn't working so you couldn't part ex with them both at full price, let alone reduce your offer on these houses.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
