what does "Call Discount Adjustment" mean and why would o2 apply it to a bill?

    Call Discount Adjustment means O2 have gave you a credit for something - Did you call up and say your bill was wrong the previous month?

    they have been charging me in the past for 901 voicemail when it should have been free. i told them about it months ago.

    That could be what the credit is for, like Rikki says might be an idea to give them a quick call just to confirm.
