So cries of losses of £3k this month, what about last months gains of over £4k?
Looking at the above figures, prices now are still higher than they were back in December more than 2 months ago now. So really, prices have still not fallen at all in 2009:rotfl:
2 down 10 to go i suppose.
£160,327/£199,770 x 100 = 19.74% down from peak. So still a long way off the 50/60/70% most of you are predicting:p0 -
GREEN SHOOTS..WHERE ARE THEY?...
the average home lost ~£3,700 in one month...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
On the other hand -0.4% over two months
maybe not even that. 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

Excellent, I hope you are correct, overshoots are great, it means much more profit when buying near the bottom
ps still waiting to hear why I am desperate0 -
Mitch, its obviously the spring bounce mate, you better go out and buy another house, they dont make land any more you know!!!!
Face facts, these figures are terrible. Next months figures will be terrible, as will the month after that, and the month after that, until we push straight through decent affordability levels, as the whole market overcorrects.
I Cant flippin wait.0
