    Whats up with your back?
    I went for a very short run the other day, about 1.5 mile took it easy and ever since my lower back has felt stiff and my neck come to think of it. I have stretched but doest seem to be getting any better

    Are you sure its not just sleeping in a funny position or on a hard surface that has done that?? Seems strange to get a stiff back from running. how about walking insted then Len...get up and do a 2 mile walk

    I would opt for a hot bath and a stiff measure of your favourite tipple.:rolleyes:
